Our mission at DRILLCHEM is to utilize our select line of proprietary drilling fluid additives, combined with proven engineering techniques, in ways that reduce the time and cost required to drill oil and gas wells.

Our proprietary line of LCM products can be pumped through the bottom hole assembly (BHA), saving operators at least 2 extra trips to lay down tools. The time and money this saves is another way Drillchem reduces operators' costs.

BLOCKADE™ - An engineered blend of rigid, deformable, and compressible particles that can be mixed with water to formulate a high solids, high fluid loss LCM squeeze for curing massive lost circulation. A "Squeeze-While-Drilling" technique employs a combination of Blockade and F.I.T. mixed in base mud to formulate pills which are pumped in systematic sweep fashion while drilling in order to prevent massive lost circulation by producing an instantaneous immovable mass within shale fractures.

F.I.T.™ (Formation Integrity Tool) - A nine-component blend of fiber, flake, and granulated sealant particles with an optimized particle size distribution. It is used to increase formation integrity, especially in fractured shales and depleted sands. Applied in system treatments as well as in pills and sweeps.

DRILL-SEAL™ (F&M) - Micronized cellulose fibers and fiber bundles. Seals depleted sands, prevents differential sticking, minimizes mud seepage loss, and protects productive formations. Seals lost circulation zones. Enhances hole cleaning in upper hole drilling and in deviated wells.

DRILL-SERGEANT™ "One-Sack HPWBM" (High Performance Water Base Mud) - A synergistic blend of polymers and resins that stabilizes gumbo and other reactive shales; provides chemical and mechanical sealing; promotes thin, tough, lubricated filter cake development; optimizes rheological control of mud properties; lowers API and HTHP water loss. DRILL-SERGEANT can be used to build an entire water based mud system, as a pill for tripping, logging, and running casing, or as an added enhancement to existing water-based mud systems.

DRILL-LUBE™ - Liquid, non-hydrocarbon-based friction reducer. Reduces torque, drag, and sliding problems. Stops balling. Enhances ROP. Non-toxic and non-sheening. Will not damage rubber goods.
